Had to give a star to post. Very rude unprofessional staff. They way over charge you as well 295.00 for a short office visit and 20.00 to draw blood then you get another bill separate for labs. We have insurance they said they accept plus we are an existing patient. Not anymore we will be looking for a new doctor with better courteous staff. They tell you one price then charge way more. They make you feel uncomfortable. Search for a much better place we are. I wouldn't take my sick animal here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. The front desk staff were rude and had attitude. The office felt more focused on money than on patient care and they made it very clear payment was their priority. Overall, the environment is unprofessional and not patient-focused. I would not recommend this office.

The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for asking questions. Scheduling and communication are very disorganize: poor follow-up, and little effort to accommodate patients.

The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. They scheduled my appointment for the wrong day, even though I double-checked the date with them twice. When they later called to confirm, I pointed out the mistake and told them the appointment was not on the day they mentioned. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me that if I couldn’t make it, they would cancel my appointment. It's the worst doctor office ever. I don't recommend to come here.
