Bác sĩ lớn tuổi nhưng nói chuyện rất trịch thượng và bất lịch sự. Tới khám bệnh mà như dạy đời người khác. Thật sự shock. Không nghĩ ở mỹ làm bác sĩ mà lại có cách hành xử tệ như vậy. I dont recommend this place for everyone. The doctor is supper rude!!!!
Rất thất vọng về bác sĩ này. Hy vọng bác có thể nghỉ hưu sớm để bệnh nhân có thể tìm cho mình office khác biết quan tâm và ân cần hơn.
Had to give a star to post. Very rude unprofessional staff. They way over charge you as well 295.00 for a short office visit and 20.00 to draw blood then you get another bill separate for labs. We have insurance they said they accept plus we are an existing patient. Not anymore we will be looking for a new doctor with better courteous staff. They tell you one price then charge way more. They make you feel uncomfortable. Search for a much better place we are. I wouldn't take my sick animal here.
I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. The front desk staff were rude and had attitude. The office felt more focused on money than on patient care and they made it very clear payment was their priority. Overall, the environment is unprofessional and not patient-focused. I would not recommend this office.
The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for asking questions. Scheduling and communication are very disorganize: poor follow-up, and little effort to accommodate patients.
