I hired a private contractor (Mumm Hearing & air from Saunders County) to replace my heat pump in early spring of this year. Turns out the heat pump was warrantied and Mumm worked with Dennis supply to get it replaced. Mumm half installed the heat pump which lead to my basement being flooded including my kids rooms. There is currently STILL (3months later) a cardboard box on the unit directing the air flow which I’m told by another larger professional company is not safe because I already paid Mumm thousands of dollars to do... read more
