No one EVER answers the phones at this medical “practice.” You'll get some random, unnamed phone extension for someone’s anonymous voicemail, with no one identifying which department that you’re even reaching… This happens no matter when you call. Penny (who’s supposed to schedule their practice’s appointments) never returns ANY calls. I'd patiently tried leaving multiple voicemail messages over the months on her voicemail, as well as on Dennis’s office assistant, Tanya’s voicemail.
