Never again. Because I really needed a part for my truck, & Sneed Ford had it. I ordered it, online & over the phone with a Parts Rep at Sneed Ford. Paid for Overnight Shipping, which it was Not overnighted to me. Turns out, it wasn't the part I needed, so I returned it in exact packaging with all paperwork. Absolutely, no Refund to me, I'm at a $450.00 loss. These people just take your hard earned money. NEVER AGAIN...JUST AWFUL.
