These guys are just criminals that look like tow drivers. They steal vehicles from public and private property and speed off with your property as you approach. They have insanely high rates that they refuse to explain they just tell you the total. They only deal in cash and the brookfield police turn a blind eye so they can continue to use them for towing. Everyone's experience with them is terrible. They need to be investigated by law enforcement and shut down as they are a burden on the public.
Someone car was stolen and they want to charge said person $200 to just look at the car
after calling them to clarify charges I asked if they were in the car. first they stated that they were not and after I told him it is an all wheel drive and they had to have been in the car to shift it or even move it they admitted it was driven . that unfortunately brings me to the next point. they did not do a walk around or anything so they proceeded parking my car with the sunroof open overnight.. instead of a simple "sorry,we must have missed that" the moron on the phone decided to argue with me..what a crappy place to... read more
I called to make payment and he proceeded to yell at me. He was rude about everything. Charge for a tow of less than 4 miles was $257. He charged for the tow, processing fees (he wouldn't explain these), and a day of storage. The truck was there for about an hour. Why the Brookfield Police would use him when they call a tow is beyond me.
MORONS VERY BELLIGERENT,OFFENSIVE AND STUPID THE GUYS THERE HAVE AN IQ OF A THREE YEAR OLD DONT KNOW HOW TO TOW A CAR PROPERLY AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS
This place has disrespectful and unprofessional people working there who don't know how to answer the phone. Customer sercice goes along way and if you don't have it don't be in a job where you cater to people. Extremely dissatisfied and shocked this place is still in business. Will never deal with this place again they need a new team or management. I'm not sure who I spoke with but he was a creep and needs to take a class on manners. liked the fact they took $300 plus my change..the guy claimed he just towed it and dropped it off since they were soo busy on a tuesday night. Never went in the car but every possible compartment was opened. Shit was all over the place seat was adjusted completely back. Bad liars can't make eye contact..changed the subject real quick tho!
Worst service ever paid them my money and they didn't give me my car and also the owner tried to fight me would never get my towing from this company ever again
