This was not a personal experience but My sister's car was towed to their shop and Dennis' crew took a look at her car and found nothing wrong. The owner spoke to my father over the phone and explained what he saw. He did it for no charge and explained that he sees college students breakdown and need help from time to time and likes to help out. She had a 5hr drive left and made it home with no issues. I appreciate your shop as it's hard to find shops like that. I would recommend y'all to anyone I know. Thanks again.
Just had new "Special" tires installed on my car. Buba and James went out of their way to order the correct tires. The warehouse sent the wrong tires the first day. James made calls all the way to the top of the the Pirelli US Distributorship to get the detailed information and locate the tires. My husband & I driving through town and we had a flat tire. Our truck made it to them. I was reluctant at first thinking they were gonna take advantage cause we were stranded. Well, I was wrong.! The moment we drove up. They came out to us even though they looked busy with alot of cars ahead of us. Greeted us and took great care of us! Only charged us 18.00 to fix the tire.
