This company is horrific. They rented out a house on 7341 mayfield drive to family with a host of issues not made aware to us. It was infested with rats and bugs, the sliding glass doors didn't close and was not secure. Actual bees would get into the house every day. The insulation for the home was completely damaged by rats who has left their droppings all through out the roof. There are holes in the bathroom, garage and behind the dishwasher. The fact that companies are trying to get by with saying they need an application fee when I’m interested in multiple houses at once is amazing. People in florida have been letting these companies scam. You’re not going to order 4 different background checks or credit checks. You’re pocketing the extra money. I’ve lived in multiple states and never have had to deal with the nonsense scam that is making rental companies 10’s of thousands of dollars of people they aren’t even renting to. I came in contact with Lori Bohach about a month ago because my husband and I are planning to move to Florida within the next year from New Jersey.
