I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Dr. Wilkinson is very good. The clinic has bad customer service. Monitoring cameras are even in the examining rooms, & you will not be treated if you do not agree to the cameras. If you have questions about charges or your bill later, you cannot get answers. Your phone calls will not be returned. After spending thousands of dollars with the Clinic, I needed an explanation of charges and to ask about a credit that should be on my account. After 4 voice mail messages asking for information, I still have never had a return call... read more
