Agree with the other comments about the front office, dreadful. My PCP referred me. After speaking with the staff, I decided not to make an appointment with the surgeon for the fact that I would have to deal with his office post op, recovery is challenging enough, having to deal with poor quality after care is something I was not willing to take on.
I arrived with a fractured foot and a referral in hand, but they refused to treat me because I am Hispanic. The receptionists are two elderly women who really ought to be retired, as they are incredibly bitter. One of them actually told the other, "Just ignore her; she'll get tired of waiting and leave." It’s a real shame for the doctor, because his staff is absolutely dreadful.
Made an appt for hip and keg pain that I've had over a month My appt was at 12 waited and hour to get in to see a PA All of 4 minutes rushed I would never trust anyone like that to give me injections I felt unheard and the staff gets a one star as well A real rush job and lomg wait
