I arrived with a fractured foot and a referral in hand, but they refused to treat me because I am Hispanic. The receptionists are two elderly women who really ought to be retired, as they are incredibly bitter. One of them actually told the other, "Just ignore her; she'll get tired of waiting and leave." It’s a real shame for the doctor, because his staff is absolutely dreadful.
Made an appt for hip and keg pain that I've had over a month My appt was at 12 waited and hour to get in to see a PA All of 4 minutes rushed I would never trust anyone like that to give me injections I felt unheard and the staff gets a one star as well A real rush job and lomg wait
I seen Dr. Hoeppner and he is great. However, I called concerned about my labs and was advised that no doctor is in today and that is fine but the person that answered the phone just now after expressing I’m concerned because I don’t know what it means being that my levels are high and one was literally past the high mark on the chart, she had the audacity to tell me “well I doubt something is going to happen to you between now and Monday”.
