We first called a big-name HVAC company because our A/C kept freezing up. They told us the whole unit needed serious repairs and said it was leaking Freon. Then we reached out to Dennis Patterson HVAC, and their tech showed up the next afternoon. They found there was actually no leak at all and figured out it was a different part that needed fixing. They checked the Freon levels too, and everything was good. I’d definitely recommend Dennis Patterson HVAC — they’re honest, fair priced, and really quick to help.
We had our fall inspection with Dennis Patterson today and the tech who visited us did an awesome job. Patiently listened to our questions and clarified them well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable HVAC solutions.

Richard came out for our tune-up and thanks to his thoroughness, he was able to catch an issue for us. Had he missed it, it likely wouldn’t have been caught before our 2 year timeline. Very appreciative of his attention to detail. Also, Kristin at the front desk is always very helpful. Great service.
