I waited for 1 hours for them to see me then when I went to a room then they told me they couldn't see me because I wasn't there patient
Dr. D. Heim is one of the best doctor Decatur is fortunate enough to have. Congrats on your retirement! You will be missed
Great staff and Dr Heim is always willing to answer any questions. Sara and Chrstine are the best nurses.
I went to see Dr. Heim yesterday. He came in the room called me fat more than a couple of times. Told me that I would be dead by the time I was 60. I’m not sure why, but I resisted the urge to punch him in his face. I’m thankful that he’s retiring and I am very wary about the next medical “professional” I have to see in order to get my asthma medicine refilled.
My wife and I feel very blessed to have received such excellent care all these years from Dr. Heim and his wonderful nurses Sarah and Kristin.We appreciate the clinic for their great service.
