While most of the office staff was helpful, Claire Gulden was horrible. Never listened to my concerns when I had an appointment. Denied testing that an imaging place recommended and that I have had done for years. When my son needed a sick visit, they told him to go to urgent care and get a covid test first, that they would not see him in the office. What doctors office does not see sick people. I few years ago I went to this doctor’s office with pain in my abdomen to the point of me doubling over. The woman doctor was seeing me. She said my bloodwork was normal and I’m ok that it was anxiety and I needed medication for it. I have always had mild anxiety, that being said abdominal pain never happened with my anxiety. I said I’d like a CT scan or something because this isn’t normal. She did not feel it was necessary. Find a different dr. This office in not run well at all. Staff is incompetent and dr is never available. As my primary Dr it took me a month to schedule an appt just to get a referral. When I got there I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I finally got up and walked out voicing my complaints to his staff. As my primary dr, he was never available or never a help to me. Stay away from this Dr. you’ve been warned.

I recently had to change Doctors and I found Dr Novak. The doctor and his staff were very professional courteous and caring about my medical issues. He was very thorough with his examination you just do not see that any more. thank you! Thomas Oswin 5 stars for a very professional Doctor
