Omg!! My 85 year old dad had a bad cough and chills Dr. Novak sent him for chest xray all clear still Wouldn’t give him antibiotics so we went to urgent care and they gave my dad antibiotic's and cough medication they couldn’t believe his doctor wouldn’t of prescribe anything!! What did he want my dad to die!! So upset!!
I called Dr Novak office on a Saturday for a medical issue, the answering service advised me that I could possibly get a tele health appointment which was a great option as I’ve used it before. The NP called & left a message stating if I felt like it was an emergency I should go to the ER. I •never• got to speak to the NP in regards to my medical issue.
