Having a difficult procedure, Dr Ng was so kind, personable and took the time to talk to me. I appreciate his professionalism wrapped with caring. Highly Recommend
My husband was referred to Dr Ng by PCP due to frequent vomiting, stomach pain. Poor communication from office prior to appointment. No appointment occured before scope procedure. We were told my husband had " gastritis" and Dr Ng minimized my concerns when I spoke to him via telephone after the procedure because he apparently could not take the time to visit me in person, although I was in the room in the same building waiting for my husbands return after the procedure.
