Refused to give ANY assistance over the phone, or even schedule an appointment. Extremely incompetent staff, clearly they are not there to help patients. Need customer service skills.
I had fourth surgery seven years ago on my left middle ear. Dr Moore was my surgeon.He is excellent specialist, wonderful person. He made my life easier.
