I have been a patient of Dr Chaney for about 16 years and was very satisfied. I even referred my neighbor and husband. Unfortunately, the front office staff have been rude several times. One very cold day we arrived at about 15 minutes before our 1 PM appointment and the door was locked. We knocked on the door and a staff member came to the door. Dr. Chaney was so thorough and clear describing my diagnosis and surgical options. The morning of my surgery I wasn't nervous and didn't have any anxiety. That was the only surgery I ever had that I felt 100% sure that all was going to be just fine. Thank you, Dr. Chaney, for putting me totally at ease.
