Dennis was a lifesaver! I had a serious leak and he did what was needed in a very acceptable timeframe. Sometimes it's difficult to get plumbers, electricians, etc. Dennis will do his best to get to you in a timely manner. He's also a very pleasant man.

Would give a zero if I could, as Mr. O'Grady did not show for the scheduled appointment on 9/4/19 and then did not respond when I placed a follow up call to reschedule. I consequently contacted another local plumber who showed up when they said they would and they have satisfactorily completed the job. If you're to busy to make an appointment or to fit a customer into your schedule, be forthcoming and say that, instead of not returning phone calls and no showing for appointments. Dennis recently completed heating/boiler/steam radiator work on our house and exceeded our expectations!
