I had problems with my water.Dale and Ernie explained what needed to be done and what it would cost.they took great care of me. They were very friendly and professional.
The quality of the final work was fine—no complaints there. However, what should have been a straightforward $300-$400 job replacing two feet of pipe turned into an expensive lesson in preparedness. Over 3-4 separate trips, I spent 2-3 hours waiting while they: Retrieved a properly-sized pro press tool (the first was too large) Returned for another coupler when the crimp failed Dealt with a weak battery/cold-affected Pro Press. Heater problem. I callled at 8:00 AM within an hour they arrived at my home. They diagnosed the problem, went to purchase the part and installed it the same morning. Great service, price and professionalism. Highly recommend I wouldn't call anyone else! Tony and Joe thank you!
Dale and Vincent I rhink the other gentlemans name was(bad with names). Outstanding service. Broke down to me what was needed, why was needed and gave me some tips on preventive maintenance. I just moved to the area so i needed a good realiable plumber for the problem and for future issues. I will be requesting them.
