We have rented through RGroup for five years, and up until this point, we have had a good experience. Unfortunately, our experience over the past year has been extremely disappointing. We have been dealing with a recurring ceiling leak in our guest bathroom since August 2025. What started as an occasional leak has now become a fast, persistent drip, and we have essentially been without use of the bathroom for the entire summer. I rarely leave one-star reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re getting into. Our experience with this rental company has been incredibly disappointing. We went an entire month during the Arizona summer without air conditioning. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue, we ended up paying for the repair ourselves just so we could have a livable home.
