I rarely leave one-star reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re getting into. Our experience with this rental company has been incredibly disappointing. We went an entire month during the Arizona summer without air conditioning. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue, we ended up paying for the repair ourselves just so we could have a livable home. I applied for a rental property through this company. I paid for individual pet profiles, application fees etc. It took almost 2weeks for verification to go through and at the last minute they gave our home to someone else because they had deposit money. Money was never an issue for me. Not once was I asked to put a deposit down while our application was verifying. I called multiple times to verify if there was anything else to do and Mike told me no. The day before we moved from out of state I was told they gave the propert... read more
