I worked with a husband-and-wife team to sell my home, and while their initial presentation and marketing were professional and strong, the experience fell apart during negotiations. They lacked the negotiation skills I expected, often agreeing to nearly every buyer request and leaving me feeling pushed around and poorly represented. Looking back, I would not choose to work with this team again.
