Fraud don’t fall for it
Not sure still waiting for them to call back. Paid for application and a fee to hold the house but haven't heard back yet. And they will charge you application fee's then ask you for deposit of 200.00 dollars then try to trick you to keep your money. Don't mess with them.
They are a long established company and know the Camden Co. real estate market. They have also managed several of my investment properties.
