Service was ok. Dennis can be hard to get ahold of. We were buying an engagement ring and had a specific type of ring setting we wanted to use but were told it didn't work for the cut we bought. We were in turn sold another setting that was already in stock only to see the exact stone / setting combination on their instagram a couple months later. It was a bit frustrating given we were unable to get a call back from Dennis to get the stone re-set and now have to pay extra to get what we were looking for.
Dennis and the ladies are a pleasure to work with. You won't find a better selection at a fair price. My family has been working with him for years. I recommend him to all my friends! Thanks team!
