The common understanding is that construction is stressful, messy, inconvenient, and takes forever. That understanding only comes from those who don't work with Greg! We built a garage with a guest room above it and the construction was fast, professional, and was as stress-free as one could ask for. The communication was excellent, clear, and fast. Dennis Home Improvement built us an absolutely gorgeous deck! Greg Dennis is an experienced and knowledgeable contractor, and his crew worked incredibly hard, arriving early in the morning and often not leaving until it was dark. The project took exactly the length of time that Greg said it would, and we are thrilled with the design and the quality of the materials.
This review is long overdue as DHI completed my project at the end of October. This project included the demolition of an old deck and garage entry and contruction of a screened gabled porch and deck that connected to the garage entry. It was a joy to work with this company and especially Greg, the owner.
