I could have given Dennis Home Improvement (DHI) 1 star, but I want to leave room for some reasonable explanation. We have used Dennis Home Improvement in the past and have had wonderful outcomes, from start to finish. HOWEVER, when we recently called for another home project, a man from DHI came out and we went over what we wanted done. He made promises of doing this and that, showing before and after pics of the project. We had a great experience working with Greg Dennis and his various teams (builders, electricians, roofers, painters and screen installers). They demolished and rebuilt our screened in porch and back deck. We also had them re-roof our entire house. The team(s) showed up early, worked hard, and had craftsmanship skills. Great communication. Unfortunately, they only do large Exterior remodeling projects Now. I was unable to see the work but they seem very professional.
Dennis Home Improvement did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Adam, the roofing supervisor, was great to work with and he oversaw the job from start to finish (in one day). Nice guys on the crew and they did a meticulous job of cleaning up afterward. This is a local, family-owned company that truly cares about its reputation and does everything it can to please its customers. I highly recommend them for your roofing or general contracting needs.
How i didn't rate this guy is beyond me. Greg built my porch a year ago. Want to talk about an amazing job? He's OCD and very particular. Just get used to him showing up at your house at 6am to use the blower and clean up. Dude is simply amazing. I got my neighbor to hire him too after their deck was destroyed. Will hire again!!
