My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Sternberg for many years. He does excellent work and CARES about his patients. We also love his hygienist, Mel, and his receptionist/administrator Fran. My father-in-law was a dentist and after he retired we had difficulty finding a dentist we liked until Dr. Sternberg.
STAFF IS VERY NICE, ESPCIALLY MEL AND FRAN, DOCTOR IS VERY ARGUMENTATIVE AND DEMEANING. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE SEEING HIM.
Dr. Dennis Sternberg gave me the first comprehensive dental exam I've ever had (I'm over 50). I'm not afraid to have dental work, (I'm in the minority with that, I suppose), and this is the first time a dentist has ever explained what he was doing before, during, and after each procedure. If you are fearful of dental work, Dr. Sternberg is your guy. His staff is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Today, I had a broken filling removed, a cavity drilled, and a cleaning. I don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor, of any discipline, sit and take so much time with me. It is clear that Dr. Sternberg takes real pride in his job and deeply cares about his patients. Step by step he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and constantly reassured me throughout the visit. Kindest staff. Dr. Sternberg is smart, caring, and great at dentistry. Makes this “chicken” feel not-so-scared during cleanings and dental work. He really cares about each patient.
