Dennis was extremely thorough, giving us the confidence to move forward with our property. We know how to prepare our home for the winter to protect our investment and have an extensive list of professionals when it comes to time to upgrade. Strongly recommend!

Dennis was extremely thorough. Not only showing us what needed addressed but offered solutions how to fix/update all of the items he listed. 360 photos of all rooms, drone photos of the roofs, diagrams and photos of how repairs should look and not look if done properly, and a digital version of the home Inspection. Most importantly, he was not in a rush and took the time to address every question we had with detailed responses and patience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Dennis was great! He got us an appt to get in and look at our future home very quick. He provided us with so much information about the issues we have or can have and even gave us solutions to better our house's future and longevity. He was very knowledgeable and if we ever have to buy another house, we would definitely go with Dennis!
