The experince was AWFUL!😡 Kenneth (service advisor) is the WORSE person to communicate with. You call, he’s 99.9% of the time “out” of his desk, you left a message, NEVER call you back. His attitude is way out to be professional. Mr. Terry Cameron (parts manager) is the same way with lack of communication and sarcastic. I would give zero stars if it was allowed. I purchased a vehicle from these crooks September 1, 2025. They’re trying to tell me that they would’ve rather the vehicle sitting in their inventory and we order a car so that I could pay the appropriate prices for the front and rear floor mats and mud guards that they supposedly put on my vehicle And triple charged from what Kia’s website says. I also paid almost $1000 for ELO/GPS that doesn’t know where my car is at all.  The dealership is also supposed to do PDI on the vehicle. ... read more

The biggest issue is with the treatment from the service department management. The actual work is great. We have been servicing our Kia since 2019 or so. Each and every time there has been issues with the service department management. From being hung up on the phone, comments in person, mistreatment when my spouse try's to drop the vehicle off for repair. Overtly condescending to clients and to their own people.
