Worst experience ever. The salesperson was careless, arrogant, and extremely shady. They added several fees and charges totaling nearly $6,000 that were not clearly disclosed upfront and only became apparent during the paperwork. Definitely not worth the hassle. I’d recommend going to Team Mazda or Kendall Mazda instead. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Our check engine light came on while driving on Sunday 27 Sep. At 8am Mon, I visited the nearest repair shop, Tire Choice. They immediately used the diagnostic tool to identify the code--it was a timing issue, which is why the engine was idling roughly. Total time: less than 3 minutes.
