This is not a knock against Dennis Dillon. The service was fantastic, he staff terrific, but that fresh start deal is awful. I have been charged 4 car payments this month. The fresh start company Santander is horrendous. I contacted them 3 times about the over payments and they would not refund the extra. Now most people like me don’t have a lot of options. The car is fantastic! But I can’t absorb $800 in over paying a month. I’ve taken the appropriate action with no resolution so far.
Amazing time, amazing sales. Would 100% recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new/used vehicle. Also thanks to Nina she helped us and answered every question we had to ask.
CJ Fox was excellent! He bought our 2023 Lexus and did exactly as he said throughout the process which was painless. Conrad provided excellent customer service and gave us a very good price for our car even though we were not trading it in on another vehicle. I would absolutely recommend contacting CJ if you have a vehicle you need to sell.
We came in knowing the type of car we wanted, but we had questions. Salesperson, Nina Sferle, was very honest and knowledgeable about the different vehicles. Overall a very good experience.
Dennis Dillion is the place to go never had a car dealership care about the actual person just the sales, they listened, helped, and got us into the car we wanted all in the same day was very up front and nothing was hidden. We will definitely be back.
