Free advice without retainer; go to anyone else in any other country, county, or state in any other language to represent you. After showing up late to numerous court appearances, advising to sell off all that I own without due process, that getting a girlfriend will solve my emotional trauma, while waiting for my case to begin, belittles his clients to make his ego explode. I felt alone, underrepresented and disrespected.
He belittled me constantly and he was very aware I had PTSD from my past trauma.. But had no problem degrading me and screaming at me when he lost patience... He was very rude in court to me and even yelled at me in front of the judge and the other lawyer and my ex husband.. Retained Nathan about 8 years back. Was a horrible decision. He appeared along side me for a hearing regarding custody. Mr. Jones allowed the hearing to continue after I stated I wanted to see my children, I over spoke hom and was given a brief moment with a mediator. Mr. Jones failed to provide vital documents to the other party after I personally delivered them.
