I rarely leave reviews for anything, but this instance absolutely deserves one. I was in a bind, needed to sell a rental ASAP. I already had one realtor and a company to try and help me sell for months. I happened to be referred to Dennis. Within about 30 days after meeting with Dennis….house was sold!
