Full disclosure, I was married to Dennis's brother who is a jerk. That being said Dennis has performed two inspections for me and has done a remarkable job. His last inspection was on a 77-year-old cape cod home with an addition and finished basement. He is smart, well spoken, nice the opposite of his brother, and professional. I would and have recommended him to my family and friends.

Dennis has done a couple of inspections for me. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I recently had him inspect a home that was older and had a myriad of items that came up during the inspection. My client is also a commercial inspector who obviously knew a lot about the issues that came up. Dennis was able to explain in detail all the questions my client had. I highly recommend him to my clients, family, and friends.
