While I was pleased with the thorough job that Dennis did on my home inspection, I felt "duped" so to speak regarding the radon test he did. When I initially contacted him to schedule both (for a Monday morning), he requested to have access to the property the Friday before to set up the radon test, as he told me it required 48 hours. Dennis is awesome, very good service, very reasonable pricing, gives you all the details and answers every question patiently, this guy knows he's stuff and is very knowledge when it comes to buildings or building stuff, he gave us a lot of advise with other building issues we had and he didn't even have to do that, he took his time and spend an extra hour with us and didn't even charge us a thing extra. The Best!!!
Dennis showed up on time, inspected everything thoroughly, He is knowledgeable, friendly, and went over every single line item of the report before leaving. He even gave us advice on the roof issues, not normally included at a condo but super helpful. The report helped us negotiate a better price on buying the unit and was more than 35 pages, with photos of everything. Wonderful company, highly recommended!
Dennis went above and beyond just the home inspection for us. He helped answer questions I had even a month after the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. The home inspection was the smoothest and most comfortable part of our whole first time home buying process. I highly recommend him and will be using his expertise in the future!
Have used twice for our new house shopping recently. Quick response, reasonable price plus great service! We got our report at the same day as inspection with a lot of detailed picture and explanation. John and his team are easy going, punctual, patient and very responsible.
