We hired Dennis to inspect a home we are purchasing. Dennis arrived on time. He did a very thorough inspection of the house in about 3 hours. Then he reviewed the photos with us and gave lots of details about his findings. We received the report later that day. We greatly appreciated the professionalism of Dennis, his detailed report and finding things we had not noticed about the house. Highly recommend!

He did the home inspection for my parents. And although they spoke little English, Dennis handled the language barrier with lots of patience. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. I recommend him to anybody that I know and I even heard a rumor that he's attempting to learn Spanish!

Dennis was above and beyond other home inspectors I've used and I'll be calling him when I buy another house someday. He is knowledgeable and has a thorough method that was readily apparent in everything he did. He clearly paid attention to the smaller details of the inspection and nothing was missed. I would easily use him and recommend him in the future because I would want the best person to help me make the most informed decisions about a family investment like buying a home

I have used Dennis for many real estate inspections and continue to based on his solid knowledge, expertise and professionalism across various property types, i.e., residential, multifamily. I have purchased and rehabbed a lot of properties, and used an inspector in every purchase and find Dennis to be the most qualified.
