If you are looking for a PCP, do not go with Dr. Frank. If your PCP is out of the office and Dr. Frank is the on-call doctor, go somewhere else. I went to him and he was in and out within five minutes. I was feeling terrible, said it was something viral and left. Dr PB takes the time to explain to you your issues, how he will help you. He takes excellent care of his patients and makes sure you are good hands. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. He is very caring and comforting. I have complete trust in him as my urologist.He’s been with me every step of the way . I was very impressed with the amount of respect and admiration the hospital staff has for him during my surgical care.
Office runs like a circus. Wife made my 1st appointment after my heart attack.Asked they needed anything before I show up. Nope she was told. I show up and they have none of my records says HIPPA laws was the reason. My wife asked if they needed anything and was told no. I could have signed the paper work so they were prepared. The worst and inhuman doctor I ever met. Indeed condescending and arrogant. I will never go to him or let my family go to him.
I felt like she had a biased attitude towards me because she treats my other family members. I think what others have told her made her very cold during our appointments.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bowie's for over 15 years and absolutely love her! She is patient and empathetic and always takes the time to listen to me, to address any concerns that I have, and recommends appropriate follow up where relevant. She makes me feel comfortable to discuss any topic with her and I never feel judged or rushed during our visits. I truly feel "heard", which is especially rare nowadays with all of the time constraints placed on doctors by the insurance companies.
Dr Gebhard has been my PCP for many years. In my opinion, she's the best. I'm currently finding myself needing to suddenly change my insurance in 2022, I just hopped on here to be sure she takes my new Insurance. I, without reservation, highly recommend Dr Gebhard.
A once truly great & caring physician has succumbed to the pressure of Surdy Hospital and it's overwhelming greed and need to increase cash flow. First they install a new computer system and lose half the patients records. Then they coax the finer doctors in their area to give up their private practices and join "their team" Yeah, limited 10 minute visits are now the rule. As a result we lose both ways. I am currently searching for a new provider and will never use the Sturdy Platform.
