I found Dr Serran to be efficient, extremely thorough and very knowledgable during my treatment. She didn't overlook any aspects of possible problems and was very pleasant and explained issues in a manner that made sense to me. I am glad she was available to treat me today.
He is a to the point kind of Dr from my visits. In regard to knowledge and experience I am and will continue to trust him with my health needs for as long as I need his expertise. I am not seeing him because I want him to make me feel better , I am seeing him to get better.
Dr. P-B has been my Urologist for ~15 yr. He is extremely caring, knowledgeable and innovative staying abreast of new technologies and procedures in this field.
My brother who has mental health issues was seen by Dr Pigeon for heart issues. He was prescribed a medication that had prior problems when taken. When my brother asked for a substitute, he told me that was what he recommended. The following day he received a letter in the mail that he was terminated from the practice for non-compliant with the program. . The cardiologists and office staff are totally unprofessional.
He requested my previous medical record, then didn't read it, the dose of Pain medicine I was taking front and center on the last page of my record. He cut my dose in HALF, with no gradual titration, and then when I had to go to the ER, where I was prescribed morphine because my pain and suffering was life-threatening, he abruptly discharged from his practice, NO PAIN MEDICINE WHATSOEVER to allow me to function, find alternative PCP/medical care. Dr. Pleasants seemed to genuinely care about my situation and was extremely thorough with the examination my situation required and offered future assistance if needed. It's been years since I have felt this positively about a visit with a medical professional.
Pleasant office and no wait.Dr. Frank was concerned and professional with my physical and health questions.Have used him for many years and will continue.
I felt like I was his patient for years. Gave him a description of what I’m feeling and what I am. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff.

If I could give this man zero stars, I certainly would. After almost 20 years as my doctor, I can no longer accept the mediocrity that is Dr. Frank. He is impersonal, rude, short with his patients/staff and has a general disregard for most everything that has to do with being a physician. I have never met a doctor who shows such little concern for his patients. I was in a motorcycle accident and spent well over a year in a wheelchair, lost my leg and have had well over a dozen surgeries in the last 2 years. Dr. Frank, a man ... read more
