Dr. Rasbach is very good with following up with his patients. He will always be our family’s first choice for anything surgical. He took amazing care of my brother during a very complicated Crohn’s operation.
I trust him.
Dr. Rasbach did a gallbladder removal on me and then when I told him in the office meeting afterwards I had been rushed by ambulance once, and then taken to the ER a second time for chest pain, he wouldn't look any further into it and told me to go get a second opinion. Even as I was checking out, the receptionist knew something was wrong and asked if I wanted to speak with him again, which I said yes. He said the same thing. You could tell the receptionist knew he rushed the appointment. Awful!
Very rude and abrupt. Does not explain complications nor treatment!
