Let me start by saying his office staff was very nice and courteous. My check in was extremely easy. Dr Burachinsky answered all of my questions and took the time to go over my CT scan with me in detail. Highly recommend to others.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dennis A. Burachinsky, DO, and his office. I scheduled an appointment two months ago, which was the earliest available slot. I was looking forward to finally getting the care I needed after a long wait. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Dr. Burachinsky. His answering service scheduled an appointment for me but failed to tell me that he would be on a vacation. The front desk tried to convince me that I responded to a text message notifying me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. That text message was never received. I rearranged my day, found child care, etc. There was no solution or absolutely no attempt to make this right by the office. My time is valuable and it was not respected.
