October 28,2024 Do not do business with these people.i was told in a rude manner today that they will not service what they sell. We purchased an add on humidifier to our heat pump some years ago and to “find someone else” to service it.

Both employees were extremely rude while denying me an air filter which they had in stock but would not sell to me because I did not have the part number. There was an air filter the size I needed right in front of me that was for a different customer but they were evidently too lazy to look for one their shelves in back. I had to drive 30 miles to pick one up at this specific place after I previously called them on a friday and told the salesperson I would pick up on Monday. Denied! I went in looking for a piece of ducting and maybe some advice. When I tried to explain my situation the incredibly rude fella in there told me “ he did not care about my situation”. Certainly no way to run a business. In place of customer service I received arrogance and no help. While I have no experience in the field his arrogance was extremely off putting and uncalled for.
