This doctor never returns calls about my disabled son who has been hospitalized for Diabetic Ketoacidosis 14 times in the ICU. We have been trying to get him to do the prior authorization for his test strips and a form the water company needs to help us get our water turned back on. Fur to the no prior authorization for his test strips I e had to pay out of pocket for more than 6 months.
