This is a shitty business. 721 dollars for glasses and contacts and tried to cancel the glasses within 30 mins of paying and they refused to stop the order. Now im stuck with paying 500 bucks for glasses. I cant afford..fuck this place. Scumbags.

I went in for an appointment sat there for 3 hours got my glasses the next day & I couldn’t even see out the right side of my glasses & they want me to come back in for another appointment & redo everything again. Everyone was complaining the whole time I was in there. I will not be coming back or recommending them to anyone.
The Dr had a family emergency that wasn’t the problem. The staff let me sit in waiting room 40 minutes 30 past my appointment time before telling me. When I questioned them they said oh we have to call in order. That’s BS the Drs not in you tell their patients as soon as they come in. I called back to talk to office manager no call back. Guess they can careless about their customers.
Because they are great with people and children and they get the job done

My advice: Get your eye exam there, get your glasses somewhere else. The Doctors are great! The people that help you pick out frames are great! Unfortunately, the customer service ends abruptly right there. The people that are supposed to help you when you pick up your glasses are untrained, unhelpful and can be very rude! Who wants to spend a thousand dollars for glasses they can't see out of and be told by someone who is paid to help you: "I dunno what to tell you, the prescription is right."
