Did some welding work for them, only charged the apartment complex $450 and sent my invoice almost 2 months ago, the guy Felix who works there on site blocked my phone number and no one else at the company answers emails, very very bad business and kinda shady would definitely stay away.

I've lived here for almost two years. It was good for me for the first six months and then my problems started. The people here are great. They have a counsel that provides social events in the community room. There is a laundry room and a community kitchen. It is a very social place with a garden in the middle of the building to enjoy or bar-B-Q. It's sad that the smoking policy is not followed and that everyone else has to suffer and endure health complications that can be associated with second and third-hand smoke. It is additionally appalling that other units and belongings are stained with the odor or cigarette smoke.
