This company is very strange with pricing. My dental loupes constantly have issues. Whenever I need something fixed, they’ll tell me one price. Then later change it. Then, it seems like the shipping costs are absolutely outrageous. Charging prices that there’s no way it actually costs them so I think they’re just looking for random profit anywhere they can. When they should really be backing up their faulty products a little better. Will not be recommending this company to my hygiene students.
Je suis dentiste en France et j'ai acheté en 2016 un laser diode NV. Au bout de 2 ans la pédale a présenté des dysfonctionnements. Maintenant, elle ne fonctionne plus du tout. Le service après vente en France est déplorable! Pour une prétendue réparation en 72 heures, ils m'en envoyé une devis au bout de 1 mois d'un montant de 576 euros soit 600 dollars.
