On holidays and needed to find a doctor. Dr Kate Rueben was fabulous! Very thorough and helping me to resolve a long ongoing issue. Highly recommend this medical centre from the reception staff to Dr Kate!
Very unfriendly and rude receptionist staff. Poor communication and listening skills and practically no existing deescalating skills .
Just had the single BEST experience at a GP since being a child. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and kind. Dr Lynn Stoltz is absolutely wonderful and for the 1st time since I can remember, had a proper medical examination by a GP. Caring, listening and making suggestions. What a great experience! I now wish we lived in a countryside town.
Called to ask whether the doctors would see me. They booked in a phone appointment but because I had Covid symptoms they could not assist me until I received a negative PCR. This was a 4 minute phone call and the doctor proceeded to bill a full $85 for the appointment which he did absolutely nothing. Surely the staff booking the appointment could have advised off this? Taking advantage of patrons
