The girls acted swiftly and with pain relief, I was finally able to relax. I was then transferred to Albany Hospital by volunteer ambulance crew Lee and Lesley. You are all absolute legends. Travelling on the road for 3 months I did not expect to be hospitalised and end up needing my appendix removed. Very grateful.
While on our recent holiday, my son suddenly became very unwell with respiratory distress. It was a frightening experience, but we were seen right away. Nurses Lucy, Ada, and Felicity were incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive throughout—we're so grateful."
Small health campus with good but limited facilities and resources. Some serious cases need to be moved to a larger nearby hospital or even RFDS to a city. The staff, nurses and doctors are excellent and always communicate, explaining all the treatment options available.
Biased and reprehensible. Im a father who bought his 5yo son in after he jumped from the couch onto the coffee table injuring his face. The doctor on duty immediately assumed that i had struck him and began questioning him as to that. Which he explained is incorrect. Even after i explained that his mother (who was married to me at the time and still is) and i were in the house together when the incident happened she further assumed that we must be separated and i would be returning him to his mother shortly simply because i ... read more
I recently presented to the Emergency Department with a sudden and unexpected illness during my recent travels. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I received the best care during my stay and am very grateful for the treatment I received.
