Today, I visited this dealership around 1:30 PM to check the availability of the Tiguan eHybrid. After entering the dealership, my friend and I stood in the lobby for a few minutes before a representative approached us and asked us to wait in the seating area, assuring us that someone from the sales team would attend to us shortly. Bought my VW Tiguan from here. Tim and Michol were very professional and helpful. Would recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking to get a VW.
Terrible experience. The salesman, Elie, completely wasted our time and refused to let us test drive the Mercedes we were interested in unless we agreed to their price first with no negotiation. We gave a reasonable offer, but they weren’t willing to work with us at all. A test drive should come before locking customers into a deal, especially when someone is genuinely interested in the car. Very disappointing service and not the way customers should be treated.
Shaho has been really patient and great through the trying period of the recall. Great experience.
