If you’re buying a used car or a new car you must visit Denlo Volkswagon. Albert Junior (AJ) and Ellie were easily the politest, most knowledgeable and most accomodating sales reps I have ever encountered. They made me feel like a valuable customer and I was treated like family ! In fact everyone I dealt with was way above what you can expect !!!

Terrible place! time wasters didn't even let me test drive the Mercedes that I was interested in. I had plans to even put a deposit on it and the Sales man (Elie) told me you have to agree on the price first before you go for a test drive so I gave them a very reasonable price they did not even want to work with me at the end he said to me sorry we can't agree on the deal basically wasted my whole time. Maybe if you guys let me test drive the car maybe I would have agreed to your price. But you guys deserve 0 Reviews!
