Excellent customer service and very thorough
Very disappointed with the service. I was promised when trading in my car that all registration transfer paperwork would be handled by the dealership. It has now been 6 weeks and the traded vehicle is still in my name. I have contacted the dealership three times and emailed Michol directly, but have received no response. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Denlo Volkswagen Parramatta to exercise extreme caution. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a brand-new vehicle which exhibited significant defects shortly after delivery, including serious operational and safety concerns.
