I am very disappointed with the after-sales service I received from Denlo Volkswagen. It is unacceptable that a brand-new vehicle required warranty work almost immediately after purchase because the dash cameras were faulty from day one. Having to rely on warranty repairs for a new vehicle is disappointing enough, but needing multiple trips to the service centre before the issue was finally resolved made the experience even more frustrating.
