this in network provider charged us $394 when our share was only $194. the service was performed over a month ago. no refund yet. they refused to credit the account we charged. they only send checks. the eob was available on 8/31. they claim they didnt get it until 9/10 but could not get check out until 9/16 because the signer was out of the office. they want to charge us $36. for a stop payment and check reissue. i dont know if they would even have refunded the overcharge if i hadn't called. we wont use this practice again.... read more

You get 1 because 0 is not an option THE SEA HAG IN RECEPTION IS CAUSTIC , look for better , I refuse to spend my money where people are rude I won't be going back, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. MANNERS mean something

This is the BEST place you can come for a root canal. From initial phone call to payment at the end. I had been trying to have a root canal done on my 11 year old since may and was becoming panicked at the referral process with other specialist including their dividing of the procedure into multiple visits, only accepting insurance out of 1 location when working out of multiple offices, or saying they only work on children sedated that would cost 3k in anesthesia or that the tooth couldn't be worked on inflamed and prescribe... read more
