Why are there no options for 0 stars??? It has been a NIGHTMARE working with this company. They have repeatedly broken promises and ignored communication. Our initial rep had very little knowledge of what he was selling, bringing a machine that couldn't do the one main function that was important to our business. When we were expanding and talking to other companies about our options, Denitech offered us a much cheaper deal than we had and said it was because they valued a long time relationship.
