I tried to get hold of someone that works at the ramp but this ramp is not safe. Someone broke into my car. I used the emergency pole no response. When you exit and leave there a machine where you pay and press assistant. No response after many dial on that machine. Plus a phone call no response either. Is the owner not taking no responsibility. I thought ramp suppose garentee our car safety. Had to contact the police.
Everyone expects to wait on the way out from a mass event but waiting 40 minutes where our only movement was scooting back a foot or two is absolutely bonkers! Worst garage I’ve ever experienced. Idk if they just didn’t send anyone to open the exit post-event or what but we genuinely did not move for 40+ minutes which is not normal for even the most crowded ramp downtown…would give zero stars if I could.
