Parked here for 3 days. First 2 were good. Last day I paid but the gate didn’t open. Called the assistance, but was told I must not have paid. I explained the text message from my card said I just paid, that was met with “if you paid, the gate would have opened”. My only option provided to me was to pay again. They disconnected the call & didn’t pick back up. Went to another gate, had to repay, & call again before they opened gate because it again, wouldn’t open. Terrible customer service.
