Everyone expects to wait on the way out from a mass event but waiting 40 minutes where our only movement was scooting back a foot or two is absolutely bonkers! Worst garage I’ve ever experienced. Idk if they just didn’t send anyone to open the exit post-event or what but we genuinely did not move for 40+ minutes which is not normal for even the most crowded ramp downtown…would give zero stars if I could.

Scanners didn't work at entry, no support, can't get ahold of anybody, none of the info presented is helpful to actually deal with the tech failing
If you ever think “eh this ramp looks good enough.” Trust me, it’s not. It would be very smart to go out of your way to NOT park here, it’s terrible. Someone’s car got broken into just last week, and over the past few years, theft and vandalism seems very very frequent. It’s the worst during events. I highly advise you to park elsewhere. It’s also wayyy more expensive than others in the area. Still under construction? It has been for awhile though with no work being done it seems.
