This location and company is an absolute nightmare. Secure Parking has allowed construction to stagnate for months, leaving the ramp in a completely unsafe and almost at an unusable state. Cones and supports are left haphazardly, creating tight, dangerous conditions that have already caused multiple vehicles to be damaged, and could easily result in serious personal injuries. Terrible! Low ceilings, small parking spaces, skinny ramps, but that is not the worst part. Two days in a row we had extended waits in a line of cars to get out of the garage! There was no attendant for the machine at the exit. Phone numbers provided go unanswered! Everyone in line finally had to back up so the car with the problem could get out of the way. It was crazy and very frustrating!!! No response when I left phone messages and sent texts to the numbers provided about the situation. Extremely poor service!
Easy to get to for parking for events at US Bank stadium. Secure. Was under construction when I went in Early August 2025 so will be better when that is completed
