First time there. Very cool place. Lots of toys & treats to choose from.
Denise's Parrot Place is wonderful! We boarded our Eclectus many times at Denise's and they always took the absolute best care of her. They are a great resource if you have questions. Their store is well stocked and always has a great selection of foods, toys, supplies, cages. I highly recommend them for all of your bird needs.
I needed to board my 2 birds , an African gray and a Sun Conure . It was an emergency , I was moving to Alaska and Canada wouldn't let them cross the border . My birds stayed here for 2 weeks and were very well cared for . We flew them from Seattle to Alaska and they came home happy , healthy birds :)
Well i usually like the place but the gentlemen who helped me needs to learn guest service and better help selecting goods. I have a small timneh that does not need a 50 dollar toy that is really meant for a macaw and is a size of a macaw. He also did not honor a mispriced toy. I mentioned my bird hates when i put him down and i was lectured how i do not train bird. Because of this gentlemen my money and word of mouth will go elsewhere
Such a great day here! Drove over from Kitsap and was definitely worth it - great staff, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made our visit fantastic! Super clean and all the birds were healthy and happy! Love it and wish we were closer. :D
Every parrot or employee is a gem of this store! We should have more hobby / pet store in this grade
