I had my child in to see her. She never connected with me, but I figured it was my child she needed a connection with, so we kept going. She had a "family emergency" before the last appointment and never called back to reschedule. This was her second family emergency, and after a few weeks with the first one, I reached out for a new appointment. For the second emergency, I figured she wasn't worth the hassle and never called back.
Dr. Tompkins is unusually insightful, intelligent, and patient. She listens without judging. She encourages a growth mindset, but empathizes with missteps. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about her patients.
