Dr. Dickinson is good. However her billing department is very rude and does not keep proper records. All I can say is a Doctor is as good as their staff. I nor my wife will be going back.
I had a very god experience with Dr. Dickinson. She was friendly, professional and helpful. Took plenty of time with my exam.
Dr. Dickinson is a very caring and excellent dermatologist. Love her.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Dickinson for quite a while now. I do agree that she talks really really fast but I just tell her to slow down and I ask questions if I don’t understand. I feel that she spends a descent amount of time with me and she is very nice. I love how they can usually get you in the next day or within the week! Very accommodating! And two locations!
My gf had an unsightly cyst on her forearm. We made her an appointment with another dermatologist in the building however, upon arrival, the front desk had forgotten to enter it in their system. A LNP agreed to take a look and said they would reschedule for a consultation. We immediately left and went to Dr. Dickinson's office. They took us right in and conducted the procedure on the spot. The front desk and Dr. Dickinson are incredible, courteous, professionals. We'll never go anywhere else.
I went to see Dr. Dickinson for her to check my moles. She was very pushy and didn't even give me a chance to discuss any of my concerns with her. She immediately came into the room, pointed out 10 moles she thought she should remove and got out the equipment to remove them without even asking me. I had to stop her and tell her I wasn't able to get them removed that day. Even if she was erring on the side of caution, it felt like she just wanted to make some money based on her actions.
I WAS BILLED FOR TWO DIFFERENT FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE SHE PUSHED ON MY WOUND AND CALLED IT DRAINING AND WROTE A PRESCRIPTION DUE TO INFECTION AND REMOVED STITCHES EACH TIME, AFTER REMOVING A CYST ON MY BACK . HOW DO I KNOW I DID NOT GET INFECTION IN THE OFFICE. IF ITS LABELED A PROCEDURE THEY BILL YOU ! THEN ITS NO LONGER A FOLLOW UP.
I had an 8:40am appt. I was sitting in the waiting room talking with someone with an 8:00am appt when at 8:45am I saw her get off the elevator. It was another 15 minutes before the person I was talking to was called back. I feel if you don't go to the hospital there is no reason you should be almost an hour late. The first time I saw her she came into the room talking a mile a minute and I could not understand anything she said. I will not go back to her. She never had time to talk to me.
